⚡️ Shilajit Energy Balls

Mix:

2-3 heaped scoops of HHS Shilajit + CoQ10⁣

2 Tbsp hot water⁣ 

Pulse:

8-10 dates, pitted⁣

1.5 cups raw cashews⁣

2 Tbsp hemp seeds⁣

1/4 tsp sea salt⁣

3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder⁣

 

Mix all together with 1 Tbsp MCT Oil and roll into 16 balls. Refrigerate then enjoy 👌👌 

🍫 Stress Reduction Hot Chocolate

A perfect beverage to start the day or before bed to reset the adrenals, relax the CNS and balance cortisol levels! ☀️

Mix:

200-300ml very hot water (or sub favourite dairy-free milk)

1 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

1 scoop of HHS Rhodiola Rosea

200-1000mg of L-theanine (optional)

500mg of Lion’s Mane Mushroom (optional)

1 Tbsp MCT Oil or MCT powder

1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)


Tip: Mix in a blender to ensure thorough mixing

 1 shot of espresso

2 Tbsp organic almond butter

1 cup hot water

1 scoop HHS Rhodiola Rosea powder

¼ tsp Chaga

¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon

1 tsp raw Manuka honey

2 Tbsp raw cacao powder

1 Tbsp MCT oil

1 shot decaf espresso (optional)

1 Tbsp Goji Berries

1 Scoop HHS Rhodiola Rosea

1/2 Tsp Flaxseed Oil

1 Tbsp MCT Oil

1/4 Rip Avocado, Peeled And Chopped

100ml Green Tea Or Coconut Water
